This machine is uniquely designed for double side lapping and polishing a vide variety of surfaces where flatness and ultra precision surface finish is critical. These materials include valve plates, valve pieces, seals, piston rings, crystal quartz pieces, glass surfaces, diamond pieces, and other ultra-thin and fragile materials.

1. Two motors drive the machine. Main motor drives lower lapping plate and ring gear. Meanwhile, sub motor drives sun gear. Upper plate is fixed while working.
2. Ring gear up and down is controlled by hydraulic system, it is stable and free of shaking. Jog operation of ring gear enable a precision up and down control. Ring gear and sun gear abrade equally all along. They all have a long service life.
3. Lower lapping plate is supported and leveled by an adjustable supporting equipment. Liquid dynamic thrust bearing of lower plate has a strong carrying capacity.
4. Frequency motors with speed governors realize soft start, soft stop, and stable speed.
5. Machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen. You can set and save 15 sets of working programs. Machine can work under Auto or Manual working mode.
6. Machine is equipped with imported pneumatic elements, such as SMC cylinder.
7. There are some steel wires hang between upper plate and the plate fixed board under slurry ring. This is uniquely designed for avoiding work pieces from breaking while getting in touch with upper plate.
